NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the Final Judgment entered on April 4, 2024 in Case No. 2023-CA-006452, in the Circuit Court of the Tenth Judicial Circuit, in and for Polk County, Florida, wherein HIGHLAND PLACE HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION OF POLK COUNTY, INC., a Florida not for profit corporation (“ASSOCIATION” or “HIGHLAND PLACE”), are the Plaintiffs and, JOSHUA STANTON GRANT, NIKKI LOUISE GRANT, NATHALIE BEAUDRY, INGRID R. GRANT, DONNA KNARR, UNKNOWN TENANT #1, and UNKNOWN TENANT #2, are the Defendants, that the Polk County Clerk of Court shall sell to the highest bidder(s) for cash at public sale at 10:00 a.m. on Tuesday, May 21, 2024, at www.polk.realforeclose.com , the following property, as set forth in the Final Judgment:
LEGAL DESCRIPTION: Lot 29 as shown on the Plat entitled “Highland Place” and recorded in the Public Records of Polk County, Florida in Plat Book 168, pages 18 & 19 with the following street address: 428 Rooks Loop, Haines City, FL 33844.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owners as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
