NOTICE is hereby given pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure and Award of Attorneys Fees and Costs, dated April 4, 2024, and entered in Case Number: 2022-CA-003371, of the Circuit Court in and for Polk County, Florida, wherein LAKE TRACY ESTATES HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC., is the Plaintiff, and RYAN TRUONG, individually; JENNY THI NGUYEN, individually; CREDIT CORP SOLUTIONS INC; are the Defendants, the Polk County Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, by electronic sale on-line at www.polk.realforeclose.com, beginning at 10:00 o'clock A.M. on the 3rd day of June, 2024 the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure and Award of Attorneys Fees and Costs, to-wit:
