NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 4th day of April, 2024, and entered in Case No. 2023CA003873CAAXWS, of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pasco County, Florida, wherein Freedom Mortgage Corporation is the Plaintiff and THOMAS WADE HILGENBERG; UNKNOWN TENANT IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY NKA NAUTICA DIXON ; and FAYE MARIE HILGENBERG are defendants. Nikki Alvarez-Sowles, Esq. as the Clerk of the Circuit Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.pasco.realforeclose.com at 11:00AM on the 29th day of May, 2024, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOTS 17 AND 18, BLOCK 259, MOON LAKE ESTATES, UNIT FIFTEEN, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 6, PAGE 65A, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA.
