NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order or Summary Final Judgment of foreclosure dated August 27, 2015 and an Order Resetting Sale dated April 3, 2024 and entered in Case No. 482013CA008322A001OX of the Circuit Court in and for Orange County, Florida, wherein U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE, ON BEHALF OF THE HOLDERS OF THE HOME EQUITY ASSET TRUST 2007-2HOME EQUITY PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2007-2 is Plaintiff and LEONCIO RODRIGUEZ is the Defendant(s), TIFFANY MOORE RUSSELL, Clerk of the Circuit Court, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash www. myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com, 11:00 A.M., on May 20, 2024 , the following described property as set forth in said Order or Final Judgment, to-wit:

THE COURT, IN ITS DESCRETION, MAY ENLARGE THE TIME OF THE SALE. NOTICE OF THE CHANGED TIME OF SALE SHALL BE PUBLISHED AS PROVIDED HEREIN.
