NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the Final Judgment and/or Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale, entered in Case No. 2023-CA-017975-O of the Circuit Court of the NINTH Judicial Circuit, in and for Orange County, Florida, wherein Truist Bank is the Plaintiff and Tommy Chhem a/k/a Tommy Chemm; Orange County, Florida are the Defendants, that Tiffany Russell, Orange County Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at, www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com, beginning at 11:00 AM on the 21st day of May, 2024, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 5, BLOCK “E”, ORLANDO IMPROVEMENT CO. NO. 2, PLAT BOOK “S”, PAGE 98, PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY FLORIDA.

Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim before the clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed.
