NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered on April 11, 2024 in the cause pending in the Circuit Court, in and for Orange County, Florida, Civil Case No.: 2023-CA-014579-O , the Office of Tiffany Moore Russell, Orange County Clerk of Court will sell the property situated in said County described as:

One (1) Vacation Ownership Interest (“VOI”) having a 52,500/735,459,000 undivided tenant-in-common fee simple fractional Ownership Interest in all Residential Units numbered 901-906, 908-910, 912-914, 916-922, 1001-1006, 1008-1010, 1012-1014, 1016-1022, 1101-1104, 1106, 1108, 1109, 1112-1114, 1117-1122, 1201-1204, 1206, 1208, 1209, 1212-1214, 1217-1222 and none other located in Building entitled “BUILDING 6, PHASE VI.”
The VOI described above has a(n) BIENNIAL Ownership Interest as described in the Declaration and such Ownership Interest has been allocated 105,000 Points as defined in the Declaration for use in EVEN year(s). The Usage Right of the VOI is a Floating Use Right.

One (1) Vacation Ownership Interest (“VOI”) having a 640,000/626,821,000 undivided tenant-in-common fee simple fractional Ownership Interest in all Residential Units numbered 101-106, 108-110, 201-206, 208-210, 212-214, 216-222, 301-306, 308-310, 312-314, 316-322, 401-406, 408-410, 412-414, 416-422 and none other located in Building entitled “BUILDING 6, PHASE VI.”
The VOI described above has a(n) ANNUAL Ownership Interest as described in the Declaration and such Ownership Interest has been allocated 640,000 Points as defined in the Declaration for use in EACH year(s). The Usage Right of the VOI is a Floating Use Right.
