NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Uniform Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated March 5, 2024, and entered in Case No. 412022CA003679CAAXMA, of the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit in and for MANATEE County, Florida. PHH MORTGAGE CORPORATION, is Plaintiff and THE TOWNHOMES AT LIGHTHOUSE COVE IV CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC.; WINSTON CLARKE A/K/A WINSTON A. CLARKE; KRYSTAL CLARKE A/K/A KRYSTAL A. CLARKE; HERITAGE HARBOUR MASTER ASSOCIATION, INC.; TOWNHOMES AT LIGHTHOUSE COVE COMMONS ASSOCIATION, INC.; NAVY FEDERAL CREDIT UNION, are defendants. Angelina M. Colonneso, Clerk of the Circuit Court for MANATEE County, Florida will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via the Internet at www.manatee.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 a.m., on the 15TH day of MAY, 2024, the following described property as set forth in the final judgment, to wit:
UNIT 0408, BUILDING 4, THE TOWNHOMES AT LIGHTHOUSE COVE IV, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 2113, PAGE 6703, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA, AS AMENDED.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim before the clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed.
