NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated April 5, 2024, and entered in Case No. 58-2023-CA-005293 NC of the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida in which THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON FKA THE BANK OF NEW YORK,AS TRUSTEE FOR THE CERTIFICATEHOLDERS OF CWABS INC., ASSET-BACKED CERTIFICATES,SERIES 2006-9 , is the Plaintiff and , The Unknown Heirs, Devisees, Grantees, Assignees, Lienors, Creditors, Trustees or other claimants claiming by, through, under, or against Alan Ayres aka Alan Clark Ayres aka Alan C. Ayres, deceased, The Unknown Heirs, Devisees, Grantees, Assignees, Lienors, Creditors, Trustees or other claimants claiming by, through, under, or against Sherry Baker aka Sherry Ayres aka Sherry Annette Ayres, deceased, Lisa D.
