NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure filed April 2, 2024 and entered in Case No. 23-CA-013741, of the Circuit Court of the 13th Judicial Circuit in and for HILLSBOROUGH County, Florida, wherein FEDERAL HOME LOAN MORTGAGE CORPORATION, AS TRUSTEE FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE FREDDIE MAC SEASONED LOANS STRUCTURED TRANSACTION TRUST, SERIES 2019-1 is Plaintiff and DOUGLAS A. SPEDDING; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF DOUGLAS A. SPEDDING; UNKNOWN PERSON(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY; are defendants. CINDY STUART, the Clerk of the Circuit Court, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash BY ELECTRONIC SALE AT: WWW.HILLSBOROUGH.REALFORECLOSE.COM, at 10:00 A.M., on May 9, 2024, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
THE EAST 143 FEET OF THE WEST 561 FEET OF THE SOUTH 1/4 OF THE NORTHWEST 1/4 OF THE NORTHWEST 1/4 OF SECTION 28, TOWNSHIP 30 SOUTH, RANGE 20 EAST, HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA, LESS THE NORTH 25 FEET FOR ROAD RIGHT-OF-WAY, TOGETHER WITH AN EASEMENT FOR INGRESS AND EGRESS OVER AND ACROSS THE NORTH 25 FEET OF THE SOUTH 1/2 OF THE SOUTH 1/2 OF THE NORTHWEST 1/4 OF THE NORTHWEST 1/4 OF SECTION 28, TOWNSHIP 30 SOUTH, RANGE 20 EAST, HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA, AND ALSO OVER THE SOUTH 25 FEET OF THE NORTH 1/2 OF THE SOUTH 1/2 OF THE NORTHWEST 1/4 OF THE NORTHWEST 1/4 OF SECTION 28, TOWNSHIP 30 SOUTH, RANGE 20 EAST, HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim before the Clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed.
