NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated October 17, 2023, and entered in 23-CA-012848 of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein U.S. BANK TRUST NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, NOT IN ITS INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY BUT SOLELY AS OWNER TRUSTEE FOR RCF 2 ACQUISITION TRUST is the Plaintiff and RAYMUNDO FLORES are the Defendant(s). Cindy Stuart as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 AM, on May 09, 2024, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
