NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the Agreed Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated April 8, 2024 and entered in 24-CC-015116 of the County Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, wherein Goldrock Inc., is the Plaintiff and BAM 32, Inc. is the Defendant. Cindy Stuart as the Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, at, 10:00 am on May 31, the following described property as set forth in said Agreed Final Judgment of Foreclosure, to wit:
Lot 25, Block 3, HIGH VIEW TERRACE, according to the plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 45, Page 9 of the public records of Hillsborough County, Florida.
More commonly known as: 516 N. Highview Cir., Brandon, FL 33510 (“Property”).
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim in accordance with Florida Statute, Section 45.031.
