NOTICE OF SALE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the Order on Defendant's Motion to Cancel Sale entered on March 20, 2024, and the Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered on November 29, 2023, in Case No. 18-CA-011682 of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit, in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, NOT IN ITS INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY BUT SOLELY AS OWNER TRUSTEE FOR RCF 2 ACQUISITION TRUST, is Plaintiff, and DAVID JANKIEWICZ and PLANTATION HOMEOWNERS, INC., are Defendants, the Office of Cindy Stuart, Hillsborough County Clerk of the Court, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash online at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, beginning at 10:00 A.M. on the 23rd day of May, 2024, in accordance with Section 45.031, Florida Statutes, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
Part of Lot 40, BELLEFIELD VILLAGE AMENDED (A Replat of a Portion of Bellefield Village) according to the map or plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 54, Page 21, of the Public Records of Hillsborough County, Florida and being more particularly described as follows:
From the Southeast c order of said Lot 40 run thence N. 72 deg. 34'21”W., 96.49 feet along the Southerly boundary of said Lot 40 to the Point of Beginning; thence N. 72 deg. 34'21”W. 23.51 feet along said Southerly boundary of said Lot 40; thence N. 83 deg. 59'08”W., 10.31 feet along said Southerly boundary of Lot 40, thence N. 12 deg. 33'42”E., 92.37 feet; thence S. 72 deg. 34'21”E., 33.79 feet along the Northerly boundary of said Lot 40, thence S. 12 deb. 33'42”W., 90.33 feet to the Point of Beginning.
