NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale dated April 4, 2024, and entered in Case No. 29-2022-CA-002120 of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida in which U.S. Bank National Association, is the Plaintiff and The Unknown Heirs, Devisees, Grantees, Assignees, Lienors, Creditors, Trustees, or other Claimants claiming by, through, under, or against, Zenobia Lynch aka Zenobia Jaquize Lynch, deceased, Florida Housing Finance Corporation, River Bend of Hillsborough County Homeowners Association, Inc., Suncoast Credit Union ,Michael Antonio Forbes, Jr., Omarion Hopkins, Keith Michael Gardner, Jr., a minor, Hillsborough County, Hillsborough County Clerk of the Circuit Court, State of Florida Department of Revenue, Unknown Party #1 N/K/A Dejah Knott, are defendants, the Hillsborough County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on online at electronically/online at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, Hillsborough County, Florida at 10:00 AM on the June 4, 2024 the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
