Book 1602, Page 2220, and the Condominium Survey recorded in Condominium Book 7, Pages 216 through 221, inclusive, together with all appurtenances thereto appertaining and specified in Declaration of Condominium, together with all subsequent amendments thereto, Public Records of Lee County, Florida.
