(the “Property”),
has been filed against you and you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, to it on Woolsey Morcom, PLLC, Plaintiff's attorney, whose address is 203 Fort Wade Road, Suite 260, Ponte Vedra, Florida 32081, on or before May 21, 2024 of the first publication of this Notice of Action, and file the original with the Clerk of this Court at Justice Center, 2nd Floor, 2705 Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. Boulevard, Fort Myers, FL 33901, either before service on Plaintiff's attorney or immediately thereafter; otherwise, a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the complaint petition.
