NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated April 9, 2024 entered in Case No. 24-CC-001369, of the County Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein SAN CARLOS SPRINGS CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC., a Florida Not-For-Profit Corporation is Plaintiff, and DAVID BUSH is a Defendant, I will sell to the highest bidder for cash on May 15, 2024, in an online sale at www.lee.realforeclose.com beginning at 9:00 a.m., the following property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
Unit 204 of San Carlos Springs, a Condominium according to the Declaration of Condominium thereof, recorded in Official Records Book 1673, Page(s) 4196, of the Public Records of Lee County, Florida, and any amendments thereto, together with its undivided share in the common elements.
Property Address: 7012 Constitution Blvd, Unit 204, Fort Myers, FL 33967.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim in accordance with Florida Statutes, Section 45.031.
