at public sale, to the highest and best bidder for cash at 11 a.m. on Saturday, May 4, 2024. The sale shall be conducted in person at 14130 Rosemary Lane Largo, Florida 33774. The Association shall pay any excess funds into the treasury of the county in which the sale took place not later than 30 days after the date of sale. Any person having interest in any excess funds from the sale may claim the balance within 1 year from the County by making an application to the county treasurer or other official designated by the county.
