NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order or Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated March 25, 2024, and entered in Case No. 522019CA001831XXCICI of the Circuit Court in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein U.S. BANK TRUST NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, NOT IN ITS INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY BUT SOLELY AS OWNER TRUSTEE FOR RCF 2 ACQUISITION TRUST is Plaintiff and JOHNSON CAPITAL SERVICES CORP., AS TRUSTEE, UDT #615, DATED 04/01/2011; BARBARA KORCYL; GRISHA GORODENKER; NAOMI MILLER; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF NAOMI MILLER; UNKNOWN BENEFICIARIES UNDER TRUST AGREEMENT #615, DATED 4/01/2011; GOLDMARK INVESTMENTS, LLC; CITY OF ST. ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM BEFORE THE CLERK REPORTS THE SURPLUS AS UNCLAIMED. THE COURT, IN ITS DESCRETION, MAY ENLARGE THE TIME OF THE SALE. NOTICE OF THE CHANGED TIME OF SALE SHALL BE PUBLISHED AS PROVIDED HEREIN.
