Notice is hereby given that pursuant to the final judgment dated April 13, 2024 in case number 2023CA-008551-CI in the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit, in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein SOUTHSTATE BANK, N.A., a national banking association, f/k/a South State Bank, N.A., f/k/a CenterState Bank, N.A., f/k/a CenterState Bank of Florida, N.A., successor by merger with Platinum Bank, as Plaintiff, and BDI SERVICES OF TAMPA BAY, INC., a Florida corporation, STATE OF FLORIDA - FLORIDA DEPARTMENT OF REVENUE, UNITED STATES OF AMERICA, HILARCO, LLC AS CO-TRUSTEE OF THE 29607 CHAPEL PARK DR FLORIDA LAND TRUST NO. 1, ALRIC, LLC, AS CO-TRUSTEE OF THE 29607 CHAPEL PARK DR FLORIDA LAND TRUST NO. 1, FIFTH THIRD BANK, a national association, and UNKNOWN TENANT 1, are Defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash online at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com at 10:00 a.m. on the 14th day of May, 2024, the following described property as set forth in said final judgment, to wit:
