Notice is hereby given that pursuant to Paragraph 5 of the Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered in the case pending in the County Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, Case No. 23-003040-CO, the Clerk of the Court, Pinellas County, shall sell the property situated in said county, described as:

BOOK 5109, PAGES 390 THROUGH 469, AND ALL ITS ATTACHMENTS .AND AMENDMENTS, AND AS RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 46, PAGE 1 THROUGH 13, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.

at public sale, to the highest and best bidder for cash at 10:00 a.m. on May 7, 2024. The sale shall be conducted online at http://www.pinellas.realforeclose.com. Any person claiming an interest in the surplus proceeds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the notice, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
