NOTICE OF SHERIFF'S SALE
Notice is hereby given that pursuant to a Writ of Execution issued in the County Court, of Flagler County, Florida on the 8th day of March 2024, wherein SMS FINANCIAL G, LLC is Plaintiff and David W. Kenniston is Defendant, being case number 2023CC000573 in said Court.
I, Rick Staly, as Sheriff of Flagler County, Florida, have levied upon all right, title, and interest of the defendant, David W. Kenniston, in and to the following described real property, to wit:
Lot 70, Block 9, of Palm Coast, Map of COUNTRY CLUB COVE, Section 8, according to the plat thereof, recorded in Map Book 6, Page 32, as amended by Instrument recorded on Official Records Book 35, at Page 528, all of the Public Records of Flagler County, Florida.

The legal description is also known as: Lot 70, Block 9, of Palm Coast, Map of COUNTRY CLUB COVER, Section 8, according to the plat thereof, recorded in Map Book 6, Page 32, as amended by Instrument recorded on Official Records Book 35, at Page 528, all of the Public Records of Flagler County, Florida
All bidders must have Drivers License with them and must register with the clerk at location of sale prior to start time of sale.
I shall offer this property for sale, at 1769 E. Moody Blvd, located in Bunnell, in the County of Flagler, State of Florida, on May 28, 2024, at 10 o'clock in the morning, or as soon thereafter as possible. I will offer for sale all of the Defendant's right, title, and interest in aforesaid real property at public auction and will sell the same, subject to all taxes, prior liens, encumbrances, and judgments, if any, to the highest and best bidder or bidders for CASH IN HAND. The moneys received through the levy sale will be paid as prescribed by Fla. Statute 56.27 and in accordance with the Americans with Disabilities Act, persons needing a special accommodation to participate in this proceeding shall contact the individual or agency sending notice not later than seven (7) days prior to the proceeding at the address given on notice.
