NOTICE is hereby given that pursuant to the Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure dated APRIL 21, 2024, the Clerk of the Circuit and County Court of Flagler County, Florida will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on electronically/online at www.flagler.realforeclose.com, Flagler County, Florida on MAY 31, 2024 at 11:00 am (E.S.T.), in accordance with Chapter 45 Florida Statutes, the following-described property situated in Flagler County, Florida:
