Notice is given that pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated April 12, 2024, in Case No.: 2021CC002422 of the County Court in and for Polk County, Florida, wherein WB HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION,
INC., is the Plaintiff and FELIX IVAN LLANOS ORTIZ, et al., are the Defendants. The Clerk of Court will sell to the
highest and best bidder for cash at 10:00 a.m., at https://www.polk. realforeclose.com, in accordance with Section 45.031, Florida Statutes, on June 4, 2024, the following described property set forth in the Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
Lot 90, WILLOW BEND - PHASE 2, according to the plat as recorded in Plat Book 166, Pages 36 though 38, of the Public Records of Polk County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim before the clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed.
