NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered February 02, 2024 in Civil Case No. 2023-CA-013368-O of the Circuit Court of the NINTH JUDICIAL CIRCUIT in and for Orange County, Orlando, Florida, wherein CITIGROUP MORTGAGE LOAN TRUST INC. ASSET-BACKED PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2007-AMC4, U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE is Plaintiff and Dora Jailall Prashad, et al., are Defendants, the Clerk of Court, TIFFANY MOORE RUSSELL, ESQ., will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes on the 4th day of June, 2024 at 11:00 AM on the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to-wit:
LOT 22, BLOCK “D”, MORNINGSIDE PARK, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK “W”, PAGE 26, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim before the clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed.
