LOTS 15 AND 16, BLOCK 64, WHITFIELD ESTATES, AS PER PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 4, PAGE 111, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA. LESS AND EXCEPT ANY PORTION OF THE ABOVE DESCRIBED PROPERTY LYING OUTSIDE THE BOUNDS OF THE FOLLOWING:
BEGIN AT THE SOUTHEAST INTERSECTION OF WOODVINE AVENUE AND WILLOW STREET (NORTHWEST CORNER OF LOT 1. BLOCK 64) RUNNING THENCE IN A SOUTHERLY DIRECTION ALONG THE EAST RIGHT OF WAY LINE OF WILLOW STREET 373,95 FEET; THENCE SOUTH 89 DEGREES 53 MINUTES 57 SECONDS EAST 135 FEET; THENCE IN A NORTHERLY DIRECTION AND PARALLEL WITH THE EAST RIGHT OF LINE OF WILLOW STREET 301.4 FEET TO THE SOUTHWEST RIGHT OF WAY LINE OF WOODVINE AVENUE; THENCE IN A NORTHWESTERLY DIRECTION ALONG THE SOUTHWEST RIGHT OF WAY LINE OF WOODVINE AVENUE 171.6 FEET TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING.
has been filed against you and you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, to it on ALDRIDGE PITE, LLP, Plaintiff's attorney, at 5300 West Atlantic Avenue Suite 303 Delray Beach, FL 33484, on or before 30 DAYS FROM FIRST PUBLICATION, and file the original with the clerk of this court either before service on Plaintiff's attorney or immediately thereafter; otherwise a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the complaint or petition.
