NOTICE OF RULE DEVELOPMENT BY
THE EAGLE POINTE COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT DISTRICT
In accordance with Chapters 190 and 120, Florida Statutes, the Eagle Pointe Community Development District (the “District”) hereby gives notice of its intention to develop rules establishing revised rates and rules related to the rental of the District's amenity facilities.
The purpose and effect of the rates is to provide for efficient and effective District operations by setting rates and rules to implement the provisions of Section 190.035, Florida Statutes. Specific legal authority for the rules includes Sections 190.035(2), 190.011(5), 120.54 and 120.81, Florida Statutes. A public hearing will be conducted by the District on June 6, 2024, at 8:30 a.m., at the Eagle Pointe Clubhouse, located at 11450 Moonsail Drive, Parrish, Florida 34219.
