NOTICE OF SALE PURSUANT TO CHAPTER 45 IS HEREBY GIVEN that, pursuant to the Uniform Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated April 4, 2024, issued in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, in Case No. 23-CA-014846 , wherein U.S. BANK TRUST NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE OF THE LB-RANCH SERIES V TRUST is the Plaintiff, and UNKNOWN HEIRS, SPOUSES, BENEFICIARIES, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, ASSIGNEES, LIENORS, CREDITORS, TRUSTEES AND ALL OTHERS WHO MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST IN THE ESTATE OF EDDIE M. CREWS, REGINA CRUSE AKA REGINA R. CRUSE AKA REGINA CREWS, INDIVIDUALLY AND AS PERSONAL REPRESENTATIVE OF THE ESTATE OF EDDIE M. CREWS, KIELA CREWS, INDIVIDUALLY AND AS PERSONAL REPRESENTATIVE OF THE ESTATE OF EDDIE M. CREWS, GARY JERNIGAN AKA GARY EUGENE JERNIGAN, TIMOTHY T. CREWS, ADRIAN CREWS AKA ADRIAN K. CREWS AKA ADRIN K. CREWS AKA ADRIN KENTARRA CREWS, ALICIA R.
