THOMPSON; STATE OF FLORIDA, DEPARTMENT OF REVENUE; UNITED STATES OF AMERICA, ACTING ON BEHALF OF THE SECRETARY OF HOUSING AND URBAN DEVELOPMENT are the Defendant(s).
