NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered April 12, 2024 in Civil Case No. 23-CA-016198 of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH JUDICIAL CIRCUIT in and for Hillsborough County, Tampa, Florida, wherein U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, NOT IN ITS INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY BUT SOLELY IN ITS CAPACITY AS INDENTURE TRUSTEE OF CIM TRUST 2021-R5 is Plaintiff and Deloris S Hill a/k/a Deloris Hill, et al., are Defendants, the Clerk of Court, CINDY STUART, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.Hillsborough.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida
Statutes on the 11th day of June, 2024 at 10:00 AM on the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to-wit:
LOTS 473 AND 474 OF BELLMONT HEIGHTS, #2 ACCORDING TO MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 12, PAGE 88 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLOIRDA
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim before the clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed.
