NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated April 11, 2024, and entered in Case No. 36-2023-CA-004736 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida in which HSBC Bank USA, National Association, as Trustee for SG Mortgage Securities Trust 2006-FRE1, Asset Backed Certificates, Series 2006-FRE1, is the Plaintiff and The Unknown Heirs, Devisees, Grantees, Assignees, Lienors, Creditors, Trustees, or other Claimants, claiming by, through, under, or against, Anna J. Hursell aka Anna June Hursell, deceased; Brandon Hursell; Clarence Edward Hursell aka Edward Hursell; Doris Stevenson; Lawrence Phillip Hursell, Jr.; Lindsay Hursell; Any And All Unknown Parties Claiming by, Through, Under, And Against The Herein named Individual Defendant(s) Who are not Known To Be Dead Or Alive, Whether Said Unknown Parties May Claim An Interest in Spouses, Heirs, Devisees, Grantees, Or Other Claimants are defendants, the Lee County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on www.lee.realforeclose.com in accordance with chapter 45 Florida Statutes, Lee County, Florida at 9:00am on the 17th day of May, 2024, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
