UNKNOWN TENANTS IN POSSESSION, IF ANY, et al.

TO: UNKNOWN HEIRS, BENEFICIERIES, DEVISEES, ASSIGNEES, LIENORS, CREDITORS, TRUSTEES AND ALL OTHERS WHO MAY CLAIM INTEREST IN THE ESTATE OF WHITNEY S. RHODA, DECEASED.
YOU ARE HEREBY NOTIFIED that an action to foreclose a lien on the following property in LEE County, Florida:
LOT 38, LAKES ESTERO, A SUBDIVISION ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED AT PLAT BOOK 72, PAGES 78 THROUGH 83, IN THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
A lawsuit has been filed against you and you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any to it on FLORIDA COMMUNITY LAW GROUP, P.L., Attorney for THE LAKES OF ESTERO HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC., whose address is P.O. Box 292965, Davie, FL 33329-2965 and file the original with the clerk of the above styled court within 30 days from the first date of publication, whichever is later); otherwise a default will be entered against you for the relief prayed for in the complaint or petition.
This notice shall be published once a week for two consecutive weeks in The Lee County Business Observer (Newspaper)
