NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to the Final Default Judgment of Foreclosure entered on the 8th day of March 2024 and the Order Rescheduling Clerk's Sale entered on the 15th day of April 2024 in the above-styled cause, the Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash online at www.lee.realforeclose.com at 9:00 a.m. on May 16, 2024 the following described property:

COMMENCE at the Northwest corner of said North 3/4 of the Northwest 1/4 of the Northeast 1/4 of the Northwest 1/4 of Section 7, Township 44 South, Range 22 East; Thence N 89 degrees 58 minutes 59 seconds E along the North line said North 3/4 and the centerline of Caloosa Drive (a 60' Right-of-Way) a distance of 434.65' to a point; Thence S 00 degrees 01 minutes 01 seconds E departing, at right angles, said North line a distance of 407.09' to the POINT OF BEGINNING of the Parcel herein described;
Thence North 89 degrees 56 minutes 12 seconds East for a distance of 75.00 fee; thence South 0 degrees 3 minutes 48 seconds East for a distance of 70.00 feet; thence South 89 degrees 56 minutes 12 seconds West for a distance of 75.00 feet;
