Book 22626, Page 1241 by CAMARON COVE RESORT CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC., a Florida non profit corporation, against RUSSELL A. STAUDER, SUCCESSOR TRUSTEE OF THE JAMES L. STAUDER AND NANCY R. STAUDER REVOCABLE LIVING TRUST DATED JANUARY 14, 2009 and the Claim of Lien filed and recorded in the public records of Pinellas County, Florida on November 20, 2023, at O.R. Book 22629, Pages 1249-1250 by CAMARON COVE RESORT CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC., a Florida non profit corporation, against JACQUELINE M. KAUTZ, DECEASED, ANY AND ALL KNOWN AND UNKNOWN HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES OR ASSIGNEES OF JACQUELINE M. KAUTZ, DECEASED, THE ESTATE OF JACQUELINE M. KAUTZ, DECEASED, ANY AND ALL KNOWN AND UNKNOWN HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES OR ASSIGNEES OF THE ESTATE OF JACQUELINE M.
