NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order on Plaintiff's Motion to Cancel the March 27, 2024 Foreclosure Sale and Rescheduling the Foreclosure Sale dated March 22, 2024, and entered in Case No. 23-006913-CI, of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for PINELLAS County, Florida. CARRINGTON MORTGAGE SERVICES, LLC, is Plaintiff and OSWALD GONZALEZ; SARA N. SOTO-GONZALEZ; UNITED STATES OF AMERICA ON BEHALF OF THE SECRETARY OF THE US DEPARTMENT OF HOUSING AND URBAN DEVELOPMENT, are defendants. Ken Burke, Clerk of the Circuit Court for PINELLAS County, Florida will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via the Internet at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com at 10:00 a.m., on the 21ST day of MAY, 2024, the following described property as set forth in the final judgment, to wit:
LOT 5, CLEARWOOD SUBDIVISION SIXTH ADDITION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 51, PAGE 67, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim before the clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed.
