NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated August 16, 2023 followed by Order on Plaintiff's Motion to Reschedule Foreclosure Sale granted April 17, 2024 and entered in Case No. 22-006030-CO of the COUNTY COURT OF THE SIXTH JUDICIAL CIRCUIT in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein OTTER KEY CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC. is Plaintiff, and UNKNOWN HEIRS, BENEFICIARIES, DEVISEES, ASSIGNEES, LIENORS, CREDITORS, TRUSTEES, AND ALL OTHERS WHO MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST IN THE ESTATE OF BERNICE M. KMET; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF BERNICE M. KMET; MICHAEL KMET; UNKNOWN TENANT #1 and UNKNOWN TENANT #2 are Defendants, Ken Burke as Clerk of said Court, Pinellas County Clerk of Court, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash:
[ ] www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, the Clerk's website for online auctions, at 10:00 AM, on the 4th day of June, 2024 the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
UNIT 209, from the Condominium Plat of ISLAND VIEW SOUTH, A CONDOMINIUM, as recorded in Condominium Plat Book 87 pages 53 through 60, inclusive, and being further described in that certain Declaration of Condominium recording in O. R. Book 6085 page 1380 et seq., of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida, together with an undivided interest of share in the common elements appurtenance thereto. TOGETHER WITH all improvements now or hereafter erected on the property, and all easements, rights, appurtenance, rents, royalties, mineral, oil and gas rights and profits, water rights and stock and all fixtures now or hereafter a part of the property. All replacements and additions shall also be covered by this Security Instrument. All of the following is referred to in this Security Instrument as the “Property”.
