Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure for Plaintiff entered in this cause on April 3, 2024, in the Circuit Court of Pinellas County, Florida, Ken Burke, Clerk of the Circuit Court, will sell the property situated in Pinellas County, Florida described as:
UNIT NO. 1202C, WOODSIDE VILLAGE, A CONDOMINIUM, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED SHARE IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM AND ALL ITS ATTACHMENTS AND AMENDMENTS, AS RECORDED IN O.R. BOOK 4861, PAGE 1517 THROUGH 1586, INCLUSIVE, AS AMENDED IN O.R. BOOK 6411, PAGE 575 AND AS RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 34, PAGE 78 THROUGH 86, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
and commonly known as: 4215 EAST BAY DRIVE, CLEARWATER, FL 33764; including the building, appurtenances, and fixtures located therein, at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, at the Pinellas County auction website at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, on JULY 17, 2024 at 10:00 A.M..
Any persons claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim before the clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed.
