NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated August 29, 2022, and entered in Case No. of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida in which TPM PROPERTIES INC, A CALIFORNIA CORPORATION, is the Plaintiff and VINCENT GARGUILO; TOWN SHORES MASTER ASSOCIATION INC.; TOWN SHORES OF GULFPORT #211 INC.; DMF NYC LLC; DEPARTMENT OF THE TREASURY-INTERNAL REVENUE SERVICE are defendants, Ken Burke, Clerk of the Court, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on Sale to be conducted online at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com in accordance with chapter 45 Florida Statutes, Pinellas County, Florida at 10:00 am on the 21st day of May, 2024, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
JAMISON HOUSE UNIT 303, TOWN SHORES OF GULFPORT NO. 211, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 16, PAGE 54, AND BEING FURTHER DESCRIBED IN THAT CERTAIN DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 4110, PAGE 1025 ET SEQ., PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST OR SHARE IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO, AND ANY AMENDMENTS THEREO.
