NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order dated the 18th day of April, 2024 entered in the above-captioned action, Case No. 15-005618-CI, the Clerk of the Court, KEN BURKE, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, by electronic sale beginning at 10:00 a.m. at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, on June 11, 2024, the following described property as set forth in said final judgment, to-wit:
LOT 9, BLOCK B, SKYCREST SUBDIVISION, UNIT NO. 2, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 28, PAGE 3 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA
IF THIS PROPERTY IS SOLD AT PUBLIC AUCTION, THERE MAY BE ADDITIONAL MONEY FROM THE SALE AFTER PAYMENT OF PERSONS WHO ARE ENTITLED TO BE PAID FROM THE SALE PROCEEDS PURSUANT TO THIS FINAL JUDGMENT.
