NOTICE OF SALE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered on July 19, 2024, in Case No. 2024-CA-000262 of the Circuit Court of the Tenth Judicial Circuit, in and for Polk County, Florida, wherein Freedom Mortgage Corporation is Plaintiff, and Victor Coyt Oceguera is Defendant, the Office of Stacy M. Butterfield, CPA, Polk County Clerk of the Court, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash wherein bidding begins at 10:00 a.m. Eastern Time on www.polk.realforeclose.com, on the 3rd day of September, 2024, in accordance with Section 45.031(10), Florida Statutes, and pursuant to Administrative Order No 3-15.16, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 6, BLOCK “A”, LAKE GORDON HEIGHTS, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 44, PAGE 46, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF POLK COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Also known as 122 Gordon Dr, Lake Hamilton, FL 33851.
together with all existing or subsequently erected or affixed buildings, improvements and fixtures.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
