NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure dated July 24, 2024, and entered in Case No. 2023 CA 001126 NC of the CIRCUIT COURT OF THE TWELFTH JUDICIAL CIRCUIT in and for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein FAIRWAY WOODS CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC. is Plaintiff, and UNKNOWN HEIRS, BENEFICIARIES, DEVISEES, ASSIGNEES, LIENORS, CREDITORS, TRUSTEES, AND ALL OTHERS WHO MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST IN THE ESTATE OF MARIAN L. COMER; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF MARIAN L. COMER; UNKNOWN TENANT NO. 1 IN POSSESSION OF SUBJECT PROPERTY NKA VICTOR BODEWALD and UNKNOWN TENANT NO. 2 IN POSSESSION OF SUBJECT PROPERTY are Defendants, Karen E. Rushing as Clerk of said Court, Sarasota County Clerk of Court, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash: [ ] www.sarasota.realforeclose.com, the Clerk's website for online auctions, at 9:00 a.m., on the 28th day of August, 2024 the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
