NOTICE IS GIVEN that pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered on the 24th day of July 2024, in Civil Action No. 24-CA-002165 of the County Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, in which ISLAND COVE OF CAPE CORAL CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC. is the Plaintiff and LINDA CULOTTA, if living and if dead, JACKLYN GUNDERSEN and ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER OR AGAINST THE NAMED DEFENDANTS, WHETHER LIVING OR NOT, AND WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMS AS HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, ASSIGNEES, LIENORS, CREDITORS, TRUSTEES, PERSONAL REPRESENTATIVE, OR IN ANY OTHER CAPACITY, CLAIMING BY, THROUGH UNDER OR AGAINST THE NAMED DEFENDANTS are the Defendants. I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at WWW.LEE.REALFORECLOSE.COM at 9:00 a.m., on the 22nd day of August 2024, the following described real property set forth in the Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure in Lee County, Florida:
Unit 723 of ISLAND COVE OF CAPE CORAL, PHASE 7, a Condominium according to the Declaration of Condominium thereof, recorded in Official Records Book 4408, Page(s) 1715, of the Public Records of Lee County, Florida, and any amendments thereto, together with its undivided share in the common elements.
Together with Parking Space Number 723.
