NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to order rescheduling foreclosure sale or Final Judgment, entered in Civil Case No. 23-CA-008505 of the Circuit Court of the 20th Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein PNC Bank, National Association, Plaintiff and Lee William Salisbury a/k/a Lee W. Salisbury are defendant(s), I, Clerk of Court, Kevin C. Karnes, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash BEGINNING 9:00 A.M. AT WWW.LEE.REALFORECLOSE.COM IN ACCORDANCE WITH CHAPTER 45 FLORIDA STATUTES on September 12, 2024, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
UNIT 107 OF WESTCHESTER CONDOMINIUM, UNIT II, A CONDOMINIUM ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF, RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 1180, PAGE(S) 1611 THROUGH 1663, ET. SEQ., OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA, AND ANY AMENDMENTS THERETO, TOGETHER WITH ITS UNDIVIDED SHARE IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS.
