NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to order rescheduling foreclosure sale or Final Judgment, entered in Civil Case No. 23-CA-008505 of the Circuit Court of the 20th Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein PNC Bank, National Association, Plaintiff and Lee William Salisbury a/k/a Lee W. Salisbury are defendant(s), I, Clerk of Court, Kevin C. Karnes, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash BEGINNING 9:00 A.M. AT WWW.LEE.REALFORECLOSE.COM IN ACCORDANCE WITH CHAPTER 45 FLORIDA STATUTES on September 12, 2024, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
