Notice is hereby given that pursuant to Paragraph 5 of the Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered in the case pending in the County Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, Case No. 24-001828-CO the Clerk of the Court, Pinellas County, shall sell the property situated in said county, described as:
Condominium Parcel: Unit No. 5-B of Mission Oaks Condominium, a Condominium according to the Plat thereof, Recorded in Condominium Plat Book 17, Page 86 and being further described in that certain declaration of condominium recorded in Official Records Book 4156, Page 864 et seq., together with such additions and amendments to said declaration and condominium plat as from time to time may be made and together with an undivided interest or share in the common elements appurtenant thereto. All as recorded in the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida.
Property Address: 13742 Oakwood Lane, Seminole, Florida 33776 (“Property”)
at public sale, to the highest and best bidder for cash at 10:00 a.m. on September 19, 2024. The sale shall be conducted online at http://www.pinellas.realforeclose.com. Any person claiming an interest in the surplus proceeds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the notice, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
