NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order rescheduling Foreclosure Sale filed July 10, 2024 and entered in Case No. 18-007373-CI, of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for PINELLAS County, Florida, wherein JPMORGAN CHASE BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION is Plaintiff and DENISE R. GIRON A/K/A DENISE GIRON; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF DENISE R. GIRON A/K/A DENISE GIRON; UNKNOWN PERSON(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY; GEORGE KONTOS; FLORIDA HOUSING FINANCE CORPORATION; GEORGE KONTOS ROOFING, INC.; LSG COMMUNITY ASSOCIATION, INC.; are defendants. KEN BURKE, the Clerk of the Circuit Court, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash BY ELECTRONIC SALE AT: WWW.PINELLAS.REALFORECLOSE.COM, at 10:00 A.M., on August 28, 2024, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 32, BLOCK “C”, LAKE ST. GEORGE UNIT III, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 80, PAGE 5 AND 6, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim before the Clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed.
