The City of Dunedin is soliciting qualifications submittals from firms (the “Consultant”) qualified to provide professional architectural, engineering, and planning consulting services in the preparation of a Design Criteria Package (the “DCP”) pursuant to Section 287.055 FS Consultant's Competitive Negotiation Act (CCNA) and the requirements contained herein.

Those individuals/firms interested in being considered for this (RFQ) are instructed to submit their qualifications prior to 2:00 pm, August 20, 2024, via DemandStar*. Submittals shall be clearly marked:

Bid documents and technical specifications for this project are available from DemandStar*, www.demandstar.com. Vendors who obtain specifications and plans from sources other than DemandStar are cautioned that the bid package may be incomplete. The City's official bidders list is obtained from DemandStar.
