NOTICE is hereby given pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure and Award of Attorneys Fees and Costs, dated July 30, 2024, and entered in Case Number: 2024 11439 CODL, of the County Court in and for Volusia County, Florida, wherein RIVER OAKS COMMUNITY SERVICES ASSOCIATION, INC. is the Plaintiff, MJ FERRIS PROPERTIES, LLC; and ALL UNKNOWN TENANTS/OWNERS, are the Defendants, the Volusia County Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, by electronic sale on-line at www.volusia.realforeclose.com, beginning at 11:00 o'clock A.M. on the 9th day of September, 2024 the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure and Award of Attorneys Fees and Costs, to-wit:
