NOTICE IS GIVEN that, in accordance with the Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated July 19, 2024 and pursuant to Administrative Order 3-15.16 dated September 17, 2018, in the above-styled case, the Clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, at auction held online at www.polk.realforeclose.com, on the 3rd day of September 2024 at 10:00 a.m. Eastern Standard Time, the following described property:
Lot 123, VIENNA SQUARE PHASE 1, according to the map or plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 143, Page 36, Public Records of Polk County, Florida.
Property Address: 2331 Salzburg Loop, Winter Haven, Florida 33884.
