NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered on the 25th day of July 2024, in Case No.: 2019-CA-001038, of the Circuit Court of the 6TH Judicial Circuit in and for Pasco County, Florida, wherein THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON FKA THE BANK OF NEW YORK AS TRUSTEE FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE CERTIFICATEHOLDERS OF THE CWABS INC., ASSET -BACKED CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2005-BC4, is the Plaintiff and KATHLEEN LATHAM; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF KATHLEEN LATHAM; LOUISE POPOVITCH A/K/A LOUISE SOHL REECE BUILDERS; UNKNOWN TENANT #1 AND UNKNOWN TENANT #2, are the Defendants. Nikki Alvarez-Sowles of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.pasco.realforeclose.com, the Clerk's website for on-line auctions at, 11:00 AM on the 29th day of August 2024, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
