Schauf, Unknown spouse of Singleton I. Schauf, Cedar Woods II Association, Inc. and John Doe are defendant(s), I, Clerk of Court, Roger D. Eaton, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.charlotte.realforeclose.com IN ACCORDANCE WITH CHAPTER 45 FLORIDA STATUTES at 11:00 a.m. on September 4, 2024, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
