NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that sale will be made pursuant to an Order or Final Judgment. Final Judgment was awarded on May 13, 2024 in Civil Case No. 2021 CA 002756, of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida, wherein, WILMINGTON SAVINGS FUND SOCIETY, FSB, AS TRUSTEE OF STANWICH MORTGAGE LOAN TRUST F is the Plaintiff, and UNKNOWN HEIRS, BENEFICIARIES, DEVISEES, SURVIVING SPOUSE, GRANTEES,; COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA; NAPLES TRACE CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC.; TEGAN S. POTTER; ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR
ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS are Defendants.
The Clerk of the Court, Crystal K. Kinzel will sell to the highest bidder for cash at 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples FL 34112 on September 12, 2024 at 11:00:00 AM EST the following described real property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
UNIT NO. 102, OF NAPLES TRACE, PHASE 1, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE CONDOMINIUM DECLARATION THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 1455, AT PAGE 278 THROUGH 344, INCLUSIVE, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim before the clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed.
